Kate Hadfield

Best known in the scrapbooking and paper crafting world for her range of hand-painted clip art illustrations, Kate is a mixed-media artist working mainly with watercolour, ink, marker pens and coloured pencils. “The inspiration for my illustrations comes from so many places: my children, the natural world, my travels and more often than not, colour! I love playing with bright, colourful palettes and colour combinations in my work. There’s nothing better than opening a new set of paints and playing with them to discover what magic they hold!”. Kate’s illustrations are joyful, playful and above all – colourful!
